Welcome to the documentation
The function described exists and is tested; the page also states what it does not do.
What this documentation covers, how it is built, and how to read the status of each page.
NEXCLARA is an explainable credit decision platform for financial institutions. This documentation describes what the platform actually does today, and nothing more. It is written for an institution's credit, risk, administration and audit teams, and for the technical teams in charge of integration and security.
What you will find here
- Function guides: signing in, administering accounts, entering and submitting an application, reading a result, deciding within your delegation, governing a policy, importing a file, exporting an evidence file. These last two functions belong to LINK and TRUST, two modules still being delivered.
- An API reference generated at every build from the platform's OpenAPI contract. It is never written by hand: an operation that does not exist in the contract does not appear in it.
- A documentation status page, which lists every planned area and states plainly which ones do not have a page yet.

How to read a page status
Every page shows, under its title, the real status of the function it describes:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | The function exists, it is tested, and the page also states what it does not do. |
| Under construction | Part of the function exists; the page names precisely the missing part. |
| Planned | Used on the status page only: no guide is published for a function that does not exist. |
These statuses are aligned with the platform's internal inventory of commitments and checked automatically by continuous integration: a page cannot claim to be available if one of the functions it describes is only partial.
What the platform does not do today
To avoid any misunderstanding, here are general limits that apply to every page:
- no statistical model is used; no probability of default is computed;
- the reference scorecards are delivered as drafts with empty parameters, and no scorecard has yet been validated by an institution;
- no banking production environment is in service; only a pre-production environment runs, on synthetic data;
- the examples in this documentation are synthetic and marked as such; none is drawn from real data.
Languages
The documentation is published in French and English, with the same pages and the same statuses in both languages. The language link at the top of each page leads to the corresponding version of the same page.
